About Us
Our Story
WamiAgro was founded to bridge the gap between smallholder farmers and agribusiness financing.
We saw that farmers had limited access to investment, financial services, and markets, while agribusinesses and financial institutions were hesitant to work with them due to risk concerns.
By providing credit, market access, and data-driven insights, WamiAgro was built to transform agriculture into a sustainable and scalable sector.
With a network of over 15,000 farmers across 6 regions in Ghana, WamiAgro supports the production and distribution of rice, maize, soya beans, sorghum, vegetables, and root tubers.
We provide quality and wholesome produce to FMCGs, Bulk Food Distributors, Animal Feed Processors, and Food Service Businesses within and beyond Ghana.

Our flagship platform Pukpara represents the culmination of over 5 years of field experience and learnings from working directly with Ghanaian farmers.
Our comprehensive farm management system that digitizes agricultural operations, from crop planning to harvest tracking, built specifically for Ghanaian farming conditions and practices.

We reduce shocks to supply chains and provide a steadier source of income to thousands of families. Our comprehensive approach includes providing input credit, ensuring access to fair trade markets and prices, and delivering education that increases knowledge and resilience among farmers.
